Tim Pun Gor Gor (甜品哥哥), SS2

Diluted, too sweet, starchy, lukewarm and pricey are the few words that you would not want hear from a shop specialised in making dessert. Well I am just referring to the desserts that I ordered last visit to the newly open SS2 branch. I ordered black sesame paste dessert, white fungus soup and ginger soup with glutinous ball. I have yet to try the cold dessert from this shop. Perhaps next time.

Bloody Juicy - CARNAVAL CHURRASCARIA

I want to say thanks to my friend who are willing to try out this with me! This shop has been there for many years. We went for my belated birthday celebration. It is at the corner unit, ample of sunlight came in when we arrived there during the evening. you can see the customers eating in restaurant from outside as there are glass doors without blinds or curtains . the rest of the walls are painted yellow, so does the table cloth and drinks menu are in yellow colour. The restaurant try to bring out the Brazilian feel. We were briefed by the shop owner who claimed that they have the chef from Brazil who do marketing every morning and then prepare what they bought for the dinner. All of us enjoyed the food.

First drop of Sun @ Broga

Second attempt to catch the glimpse of sunlight was a successful one, thanks to a bunch of really dedicated and disciplined new found friends. We were actually started later than we planned. We departed from Seremban this time round at 4.45am. My friend was speeding on this winding road from Seremban town to Mantin and then to Seminyih, but the road was totally empty and pitch black, a smooth drive indeed. We reach the base of Broga Hill around 5.20am. It was still very dark, I spray some insect repellent onto my feet as I was wearing sandals and shorts this time. I was not well equipped this time, didn't expect it to be this dark. I was walking behind the trialling light from my friends torch or head lamp. We stopped a few times, my friend is catching her breath, the air was quite thin before the sunrise.

However, it was all worth it. The sunrise indeed was breath taking.

Whitney Houston - I Look To You

Welcome back to the limelight, Whitney Houston has had a huge fan base and still are, was getting anticipation from her loyal fans for this comeback album for the last few years. I am impressed by her going through all the personal struggles, she is still full of courage to change and make a comeback. We are the one who should look to her for courage. Personally I enjoy listening to "I Look To You" and "I didn't know My Own Strength". I feel that these songs really reflect her life at this moment very much. Her voice in these songs are very inspiring, the music and its arrangement is at its best.
